Responsibilities

• Plan product strategy for new business growth
• Serve as the owner of new business engagement, assessment and planning for customer success metrics
• Own project charter and manage end-to-end product life cycle and manage stakeholder communications
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional team to streamline the execution
• Proactively monitor risks include development quality, operating cost/resources, P&L analysis, and partnership relationships

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Software development or management experience is a plus
• 5+ years experience as a product manager/ program manager or business owner roles
• Proven problem solving skills and experience
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Willing to stay agile and embrace new challenges
• Business level oral and written English skill to communicate with customers and oversea branches

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business manager, product owner, or program/ project management role
• Experience with financial and budgetary processes
