• Monitor the daily operations and lead other staffs to implement daily operation with quality & safety.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers or vendors to resolve operation problems.
• Initiate and organize the training plan for new employee. Support supervisor to implement the training program to achieve safe operation.
• Develop the overall operation procedure, monitor the procedure been well followed and analyze the departmental operation report to achieve the operation plan & goal.
• Complete the projects assigned by department manager.
