Are you looking for a new permanent position as a site manager working for an international company?

I am currently looking to recruit for a permanent member of the team for projects in Asia. The suitable candidate would need to be in country (Taiwan) currently and will be responsible for the assistance in the planning of and smooth & safe delivery of projects reporting to the Project Manager. The role requires effective management of the projects and Offshore Technicians.

Key Deliverables

• Ensuring projects are planned and delivered smoothly.
• Implementation and mobilisation of project.
• Budget control under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Direct interface with client at site level.
• On site coordination and management.
• Safety manager at site level, responsible for RAMS adherence and sign off.
• RAMS updates as directed by client and Project Manager.
• PPE and equipment management, ensuring equipment is certified and fit for use.
• Reporting of all accidents and incidents.
• Preparation of client reports.
• Accurate shift logging and manifest creation.
• Completion of daily and weekly reports.
• Vessel management (where applicable).
  

Qualifications/Skills

• Ability to prioritise workload and effectively delegate tasks
• Experience in offshore wind ideal
• Management and Leadership skills
• GWO basic safety training
• Offshore medical
• Driving licence
  

The salary is negotiable and benefits include but not limited to Year-end bonus , annual leave, paternity leave, physiological leave, etc.
