What You Need To Make a DifferencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.We Are Looking For

• Professionals at the beginning of their career (less than 2 years of full-time experience) with a high personal commitment
• A recent and relevant master’s degree e.g., with a focus on renewable energy, business, project management and/or engineering
• An international and collaborative mindset as well as being open to travel and take opportunities abroad for a period
• Good communication skills with a desire to learn and make the most of the opportunities that comes along
• A team player that are eager to collaborate and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Wanting to be part of an international environment and work in diverse and creative teams

We are a global company, and we have multiple opportunities in terms of location for our talent program - our Offshore Construction offices are Denmark, Germany, UK, Taiwan, Poland, and the US.
