Job Description

• Provides advanced level administrative support for a manager and/or department.

• Answers phones and manages appointments for manager(s) and staff. Orders and maintains office supplies. Maintains files for the department
• Prepares and may analyze reports for the department. Plans complex meetings and events.
• Makes travel arrangements for manager(s). Processes expense reports.
• Assists in developing department practices and policies.
  

Job Qualifications

• Required 2-4 years of related experience.

• Ability to sit at a desk and in front of a computer for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment.
