Responsibilities

• Lead operation equipment upgrade and modification to optimize laminates manufacturing process
• Engage site PSM activities to ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead Hsinchu site operation capital project activities.
• Works closely with site manufacturing teams and technical engineers to define and execute improvement goals (safety, asset productivity and quality)
  

Qualifications

• MS or BS in Mech. E, Ch.E or Industrial design related background.
• 5+ years mechanical design or engineering experience.
• Familiar with Solidworks or Pro-E, Creo2 and AutoCAD
• Strong communication and leadership on project management
• Good English communication capability.
• Six sigma methodology, PSM and coating die design experience will be plus.
