We have built a new, unified Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing organization which will transform our material capabilities, teams, and processes and accelerate our vision to serve every athlete*.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK As a Materials Manufacturing Manager I on the Footwear Materials Manufacturing and Sourcing (FW MSM) team, you will drive materials excellence in partnership with our Materials vendors, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK Detail-oriented and results-driven, you thrive in a cross-functional environment. You are comfortable engaging with different external manufacturing vendors and internal teams, tailoring your messages accordingly and building strong partnerships. • You will drive and support vendors to deliver strong performance for Materials Manufacturing quality, delivery, costing and sustainability priorities. You will manage key initiatives execution, alert to both opportunities and risks for relevant objectives, managing and escalating as needed. You will manage manufacturing and delivery issues, ensuring impacts are mitigated and issues are resolved. PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK
• Your typical day/week will include ensuring you’re focused on and progressing against clearly defined weekly and seasonal priorities. You’ll drive an annual calendar of engagement with vendors, working collaboratively with the full Footwear Materials Manufacturing team as well as relevant internal stakeholders in the Nike Materials ecosystem. You will deliver results against immediate needs as well as long term priorities.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK WHO WILL YOU WORK WITHPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK This role can be based either in Taipei or Taichung, and it reports into a Materials Manufacturing Senior Manager. This role will work collaboratively with external manufacturing partners, across the full MSM organization, and with other key stakeholders.
