Job Description

• Be the manufacturing operation head of worldwide factories
• Implement manufacturing strategies to ensure success of business objectives.
• Responsible for operational performance and the capabilities of the manufacturing organization.
• Develop annual budgets, capital plans and business purposal plans.
• Ability to set up new factories regaring global strategies and integrated resource
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Manufacturing background, used to be plant head / manufacturing head
• Leading multiple manufacturing sites across regions.
• Experience with employee base up to 10,000.
• Fluent in English communication, ability to work with tier1 brands.
• Flexibility for frequent travel.
