Description And Requirements

负责低功耗相关的模块规格定义和低功耗控制设计，包括相关模块RTL设计，UPF设计和检查；

负责全芯片UPF检查和交付，支持验证团队完成低功耗验证，支持物理实现团队完成后续低功耗实现流程；

负责设计的低功耗工具分析，协助相关设计人员实现低功耗优化；

支持封装和系统硬件工程师实现相关电源规划和设计；
