Key Responsibilities:

Order management and fulfillment

• Selling and Non-selling order management and fulfillment
• Return order handling
• Urgent order and corporate requirement handling
  

Delivery planning and scheduling

• Coordinate retail, DC activities and resource to optimize delivery plan and
  

schedule

• Urgent delivery, incident, special request handling
• Continuous improvement
• Logistics performance review and improvement action plan
• Order to cash process and efficiency improvement projects
• Cross division, function projects
  

Vendor management

• E-GUI vendor management
  

Person Specifications:

Academic

Bachelor degree in operations management, supply chain management, or

related area

• 3+ years experience in similar roles
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Word & Excel (Spreadsheets), Outlooks
• Mathematical strength and analytical skills required
• Preferably knowledge of retail operations management
  

Influential

• Must be a self-starter, work independently, punctual, detail oriented, well organized and the ability to multitask with strong work ethics
• Open minded, positive thinking, proactively approach to get the job done well above and beyond
• Team player to collaborate with cross divisions and cross functions team.
• A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

• Must be a team player that can work well with others
