Knowledge： Required Qualifications： 辦理貸款業務的能力 、 客訴處理及控管 、 貸款專業諮詢服務 、 產業分析與財務評估的能力 、 銀行內部控制法規與制度 、 執行鑑價與貸款覆審能力
Preferred Qualifications： 擔保品鑑價能力

License： No restriction

Other requirements： 1.思考邏輯清晰、具抗壓性、具溝通協調能力
2.具1年以上房貸消金、企業授信等金融產品徵信照會經驗者佳
