Job Mission

Richtek is looking for a bright, self-motivated, and business-savvy legal professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills and solid general legal experience to join its in-house legal team and assist with a broad range of commercial, compliance, and transactional matters. This position is based in Hsinchu, reporting into the head of legal department.

Job Description

The successful candidate will handle a broad variety of legal work, including:

· Providing legal support and advice to business units, including R&D, sales, production etc.

· Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts with customers and suppliers, including purchase agreements, service agreements, and software license agreements.

· Provide legal training to colleagues.

Qualification

· Bachelor of Law or above (qualified in Taiwan or US preferred).

· Minimum of 5 years of legal experience (2 years in law firm preferred).

· Motivated and result-oriented; capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions.

· Fluency in English and Mandarin.

· Semiconductor industry experience preferred.
