Lead Engineer - Customer Account Technology

Position Purpose Functions as a technical expert owning both chemicals or/and equipment expertise for PCBcircuit metallization, works with R&D, Product line management and commercial team in new product commercialization, application development and critical trouble-shooting providing to customers.

Main Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)：

• Understand PCB, especially IC substrate market trends, interact with PCB fabricators frequently to understand customer’s needs, defend existing business and explore new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal functional groups to accelerate new product development and commercialization by contributing field knowledge.
• Leverage efficient expertise to expand DuPont products to different process and equipment allocation.
• Work closely with commercial team and provides technical service including new product promotion, installation and critical troubleshooting to meet customer needs by equipping with technology professional.
• Bring tech-marketing insights into the organization.
  

Requirements

• MS degree or above in chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Materials or equivalent.
• More than 5 years’ experience in PCB industry, 3+ years in IC substrate is a defined advantage.
• Prior experience and knowledge in relevant area of technology, such as imaging transfer and metallization is an advantage.
• Strong data analytical and DOE capabilities. Comfortable and experience with using data analytics to drive decisions. Familiar with analytical software (e.g. JMP, Minitab, MS Excel).
• A strong self-motivator with good working disciplines, interpersonal skills and leadership potential.
• Strong logic thinking and business acumen.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel.
