We are seeking an engaging and experienced Montessori Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at our school in Tamsui. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and providing care for students aged 2-6 years old, with class sizes ranging from 16 to 39 students. The school operates Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The salary range for this position is between 58,000 to 65,000 NTD per month, depending on education and experience.Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver fun and engaging Montessori lessons that include singing and dancing, and other creative teaching methods to foster an active learning environment.
• Evaluate and grade students’ assignments, homework, and examinations, and maintain accurate records of their academic progress.
• Maintain an orderly and clean classroom environment, and ensure the safety and well-being of the students.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to provide a holistic and inclusive learning environment for students.
• Attend school meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss students’ progress and address any concerns.
  

Requirements:

• Prefer a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a Montessori Kindergarten setting.
• Familiarity with Montessori principles and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and caring educator
• Must have an APRC, or open work permit.
