ITS Leader

The ITS Leader is accountable to drive Business value from an IT standpoint. He or she is the primary point of contact for the business in TW within ITS and vice-versa. Building on strong business relationships, aligned with IT strategy through an effective governance, demand planning and project portfolios management, he/she develops Business IT strategies enabling Business goals for a sustainable growth and then ensures operational excellence and value creation in the implementation in TW. He or she will make sure that IT services and support activities match Business needs and priorities.

Furthermore, this role will be the leader of IT community to engage all IT associates in TW and provide the consistent communication to align everyone to the IT transformation. He or she is also the primary point of contact to management council that ensures the local compliance and regulation, security, quality control and audit fully aligned from IT perspective.

• Knowledge of digital technology applied to a consumer environment (Multi-Channel Engagement, Big data, Cloud, …)

• Solid experience in pharmaceuticals or IT consulting environment
• Demonstrated management experience

Formal Education And Experience Required:

• Bachelor plus a post-graduate degree in IT related subjects
• PMP or Prince project management certification
• 15+ years of IT work experience with at least 3 years focus on digital transformation.
• Experience within a large MNC or consulting firm, dealing with regional and cultural diversity
• Experience and ability to build effective working relationship and collaboration with business and all stakeholders
• Experience in interacting with a multicultural and distributed team
• Experience in program management in a highly matrix environment and continuous improvements of the run support activities within the organization
• Capacity to understand business strategy, needs, challenges and trends (Business acumen)
• Ability to transform the business challenges in a supportive business IT strategy and to engage proactively with the business
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead by influence
• Capability in business process excellence, business value creation and business benefit realization
