International Customer Service Specialist

Global Water Solutions is the leader in the movement, processing and delivery of clean, safe drinking water worldwide. With customers in more than 130+ countries, our business is growing rapidly and we are looking for an International Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

If you are self-motivated, flexible and willing to work in a team and individually, then we want to hear from you! Ideally you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, at least two years of experience in customer service, import/export logistics and sales support, etc. and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

What you will do on a daily basis:

• Communicate with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, and colleagues around the world

• Answer customers’ questions and help them with issues to ensure the best customer service in the industry

• Process orders, quotations, shipping paperwork and invoices in our ERP system (Netsuite)

• Arrange shipment of orders, optimise freight costs, invoice customers and enter bills from various vendors

• General office work and daily administrative duties

An ideal candidate will have:

• Great attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to multi-task and think proactively

• Experience working with ERP software

• Customer-orientated nature and a knack for resolving day-to-day challenges by thinking creatively
