Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Very good experience in managed the IT related projects.
• Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) including an excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
• Retail support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the project reports and support metrics and present in the senior management call.
• performance, service improvements, quality and processes.
• Responsible for the effective co-ordination of external / internal queries
• Participate in team meetings and general inputs in day-to-day progress.
• Ability to work under pressure meeting tight deadlines whilst demonstrating drive and a positive approach to work.
