Position Summary

The primary responsibility of a Solution Sales is to meet or exceed Straumann’s sales objectives for all Straumann products by developing profitable relationships with targeted dental practices and the dental community at large. The Solution Sales is responsible for increasing sales and customer satisfaction within an assigned geographic area. This requires an ability to build relationships with customers, proactively identify the solutions they need, and think commercially.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationship with key decision maker in dental practices
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
  • Conduct product demonstration and training sessions on your professionals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationship with clients
  • Attend and represent Straumann at customer events as required, including but not limited to regional events and national trade show.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Able to deliver highly complex information in clear, structured and compelling manner.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within your territory
