We are looking for an exceptionalIndirect Materials& Services Sourcing Specialistwho can…

• Support development, implementation and execution of the Global Category Strategies (e.g. Freights, Logistics, Facility Management, MRO, Capex, Lab Equipment & -services etc.) in Taiwan site.
• Build and manage a pipeline of Procurement cost-out/Savings-projects by conducting cross functional work and execute them through supplier negotiations and contracting, process changes, and implementation of sustainable cost controls with ownership.
• Maintain the cost-out initiatives tracking in the productivity tool.
• Negotiate with existing and new suppliers the extension of payment terms to improve the company’s cash flow and KPI (DPO).
• Advise and guide the regional purchasing teams to assure Global Category Strategies will be implemented and executed in operations.
• Develop an in depth knowledge of the global markets, supply landscape and pricing trends in specific categories.
• Reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) while delivering strategic and tactical sourcing solutions that meets the business needs of cost, quality, service level and minimizing supply risks. 8. Deliver measurable results and key performance indicators.
  
  

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity:

• bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on indirect materials and services.
• Proven track record of generating significant savings in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Fluent in English.
