Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and culture
  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruiting, on boarding, performance management, and off boarding
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance, career development, and employee relations
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations in all countries where the company operates
  • Oversee HR administration, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management
  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers
  • Partner with BU heads to understand and address their talent needs
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives that support business goals
  • Initiate Learning and development strategic planning
The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience managing HR programs and initiatives in a global organisation
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR technologies
  • Hands-on with HR Full Function Practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
