작업 내용

公司：知名日商藥廠

職務：HR Coordinator (12-month Contractor)-12個月約聘

因為公司目前要導入workday人力資源資訊系統，預計今年10月底要上線，需要人手分擔HR Manager的工作，同時也要協助系統導入

工作內容：

1. Global HRIS, Workday

2. Supported hiring manager to select candidates in the hiring process.

3. Implemented annual training plans for manager & employee level& culture-shaping workshops

4. Prepared Quarterly Labor Council meeting minutes to follow local labor law.

5. Enhance the Attendance system, go live punch in/ out.

6. Attendance operations with vendors and related monthly report preparation.

7. Execute bi-annually Mission statement workshops.

條件：

1.有HR相關工作/實習經驗

2.英文能力要能與主管全英文面試，並且可以英文email書信往來
