Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Hardware Architecture, Hardware Engineering, Hardware Design or Electrical Engineering.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in electrical engineering disciplines such as silicon architectures and development (CPU, GPU, DSP, memory, communication bus interfaces, etc.) and high-speed digital interfaces.
• Track record of successful hardware system development.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, driving ownership and commitment toward success with teams and peers.

As a Hardware Architect, you design and build the systems that are the heart of the world’s largest and most powerful computing infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Deliver system power profiling models that accurately predict power-for-thermal and power-for-power-source requirements, according to Product Team agreed-upon Customer User Journeys, translated into system loads.
• Improve power profiling modeling methodology continually.
• Participate in power-for-thermal and power-for-power-source correlation/validation with model prediction via lab measurements.
• Support Product Team on power profiling and correlation, including all issue resolution, throughout the entire product development process, from pre-Concept through OK2Ship.
