【Responsibilities】
  • Create and clearly communicate supply schedules, priorities, and status to multiple internal supply teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, accounting for risks and changes in schedule or demand.
  • Anticipate production and operational risks, including cost impacts.
  • Drive manufacturing operational readiness of suppliers, including planning long-term forecasts, purchase order readiness, daily production plans (IOS), capacity plans, and clear to build.
  • Review production results, critical production/yield issues, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate risks and own mitigation plans for line bring-up, qualification, material availability, quality issues, etc.
【Minimum qualifications】
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related disciplines
  • 10+ years of experience in supply/in-stock management, forecast/demand/supply/capacity planning, enterprise technology, or electronics manufacturing
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills
  • Ability to take initiative, work well under pressure, and reach goals
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and calendar-driven
