Mission Statement

Develop, plan and ensure execution of Robotics business area given strategy. Set both qualitative and quantitative targets for products, systems and services to ensure maximum profitability, market share and customer satisfaction. Proactively lead, develop and coach the organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance.

Main Accountabilities


  • Segment Strategy
Creates, plans, implements, execute, measure, review and improve the segment related towards the frequent change to match the growth strategy not limited to volume, market shared and so. And this strategy will somehow lead to the robotics related to Global Semicon strategy and strategic business development initiatives for the Global Division/Business Unit/Product Group, where focus on the semiconductor is classified as priority for this role.
  • Sales/business development targets
Defines key sales/BD targets, “Go to market” and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance. Proactively anticipates and identifies shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial action. Drives top line growth. Also looking at any segment KPIs to drive the successful deployment and continuous improvement for the segmentation.
  • Customers, Partners, Value provider - acquisition potential of the business growth
Identifies and evaluates opportunities with existing and potential new customers, partners, VP and so. On a global basis, determines plans for implementation and allocates resources. Especially to the related segment - Semicon. Also looking at the potential partner to collaborate, not limited to technical collaboration, Join venture, Acquisition and so.
  • Customer relations
Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers in customer and potential customer organizations. Plans and implements customer surveys and acts on the results to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Participates in the negotiation of key global contracts. Supporting in NPS would be needed to make sure that the customer satisfaction level is at the high level of it. also might lead or participate into change where bring customers satisfaction.
  • Volume, profit and cost
Identifies, monitors and maintains/exceeds the profits, sales market price levels, evaluating with Product Management for the pricing impact on the results. Supports local sales organizations to ensure achievement of sales volume and product mix targets.
  • Key accounts and segmentation business development
Developing the key account activities and maintain the execution level as the segment mgr as well. Not limited to support the key account activities but also supporting the global key manager to succeed in their area.
  • Risk
Monitors client financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifies and manages potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels. Also having the responsibilities to pre-alert management n the market changes and the market movement.
  • Sales process, pricing and forecast
Develops, implements and reviews sales processes and tools, for sales related activities which also not limited to training and development activities for salesperson and sales activities as well.
  • People leadership and development
Ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Coaches, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies. Drives and ensures know-how sharing an

d cross-collaboration.
  • Product, System and Service
Need to consider the best product which not limited to improve from the existing portfolio and having new product to work with system integration and so. Making the product suit to standard and the segment with our product team is also important to extend the portfolio.

Any undefined, non-announcement new area will be share and discuss to enroll into the roles as additional with further enrich the existing portfolio and supporting the growth in business. It shall be share later from time to time.

Criterial
  • at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development role
  • have market intelligence of Semicon industry
  • Sales experience in auto industries is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree or above in engineering field is a plus
  • fluent English
