WHAT IS THE F.A.S.T. LEADERSHIP PROGRAM?

We have launched this exciting program to attract & grow future Disney APAC leaders!

Responsibilities :

The program will run for 2 years and will provide:

• An accelerated orientation to the amazing world of Disney
• 3/4 role rotations working on key strategic projects across different business areas including Disney+, Consumer Products & Studios Marketing
• Structured learning & development in both leadership and technical skills
• Opportunities to work directly with senior leadership

Basic Qualifications :

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Candidates will have 2-3 years of professional work experience and/or a Bachelor degree in areas of future growth and display Disney leadership capabilities. Areas of study or experience will include but are not limited to:

• Direct to Consumer Streaming
• Digital Performance Marketing
• Data Science/ UX / Informatics
• Internet of Things / AI
