The Finance Reporting Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the generation, analysis, and submission of financial reports, in coordination with the broader Financial Reporting Team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of reports in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Support the analysis and submission of reports to Local Regulators (FEB, BB, OTC and etc.) based on requirements.
• Actively involved in the balance sheet review, financial variance and regulatory limit/ratio monitoring and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by Taiwan.
• Manage the dynamically changed requirement from Regulators, including (1) regulatory report revision and new report requirement, (2) regulatory restriction updated and (3) impact analysis and adoption of IFRS or any accounting policy.
• Undertakes regular reviews of compliance with internal protocols and external regulatory requirements. Report to management if any deficiencies and resolve the risks.
• Escalate problems or issues related to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures as well as monitor progress/changes and keep senior leadership informed of unusual financial details
• Adhere to both regional and global procedures and rules, such as global policies, change control, methodologies, etc.
• Work with a team to identify and implement process improvement initiatives or standardizations.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Experience in accounting management
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Be familiar with KNIME, Phython and utilize these programming languages for data transformation, integration and reporting automation
• Demonstrated working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
