YOUR ROLE As an Internal Control Finance Manager, you will work as the finance leader on a team with representatives from various other functions to review, assessment and enhance major operating processes. Our focus is to win as a team with everyone’s strong individual contributions. Responsibilities:

• Understand P&G Global and regional policies, collaborate with representatives from Brand, Sales, Product Supply, IT, and Legal to design the right operating processes in Hong Kong and Taiwan
• Coordinate and support trainings and workshops to the organization in collaboration with central policy owners to improve the organization’s knowledge, understanding and consistent application of policies
• Lead and execute regular checks and evaluation of existing processes, proactively identify outage and propose remediation
• Collaborate with IT to develop automation solution to reduce risk and simplify manual work
• Coordinate of internal and external audits as the first point of contact WHAT WILL WE OFFER YOU

Qualifications:WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of Finance, Economics, and Accounting
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience after graduation, experiences in auditing firm will be a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strategic thinking, proactive leadership and effective communication
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) This is important to note:
