Field Service Engineer in Taiwan (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Perform service maintenance tasks on our high-tech machines at customer sites across Taiwan
• Perform regular routine inspections of the machines including documentation and reporting
• Perform tool installations of our high-tech machines at customer sites
• Perform troubleshooting and solution finding of system problems
• Maintain spare parts management in our ERP system
• Write reports of your tasks and activities
• Participate in 24/7 on-call and shift work to perform problem solving at customer site if there is a need
• Participate in planned service activities at customer sites

Qualifications:

• You have completed technical education in the fields of electrical or mechanical engineering or similar
• You have a careful, detailed and structured working method
• You have strong communication and social skills as well as extraordinary service orientation and intercultural competence
• You have good knowledge of vacuum systems, electronics and mechanics is an advantage
• You have programming knowledge (SPS, Python) and experience with Linux systems is advantageous
• You have very good knowledge of English, written and spoken
• Practical experience in engineering (mechanical or electrical) is beneficial
• Vendor experience with customers in the semiconductor industry beneficial
• Certified safety education is beneficial
