■Working location: San Jose, California

■Responsible for exception analysis and troubleshooting at customer site.

■Provide and execute the improvements of product for customers.

■Identify customer’s technical problems and able to provide a wide variety of solutions.

■Assist new product business development, including coordinate with departments and customer in order to meet customers’ requirements.

■Provide the follow-up technical support and acceptance test for customers after new production introduction.

■Need regular contacts (face-to-face) with customers and deliver the training lessons for new product.

■ Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, science engineering or related field.

■ 4-year experiences in customer facing technical support.

■ Fluency in English communication (TOEIC >700).

■ Professional in Mandarin.

工作內容

■客訴處理:客戶端異常分析與問題確認、提出改善計劃方案並執行、客訴報告撰寫。

■技術會議討論:客訴問題層別確認、提出改善計劃方案與執行相關問題討論。

■產品送樣與客戶製程驗證:產品問題客戶端製程跟線確認、客戶端新製程導入材料搭配、確認產品運用到客戶端產品上之性能確認與試作。

■客戶技術拜訪、討論(配合業務性之拜訪)與產品特性驗証:會同研發或技術針對客戶端應用性進行確認、產品運性確認與了解、新產品導入教育訓練。

■技服報告與專案資料庫管理:客訴分類整理及歸納建檔。
