Responsibilities

• Technical support and advice to our customer base and business partners
• On-site installation and testing of AC and DC charging stations
• General on-site technical service (maintenance, upgrades, diagnostics and troubleshooting)
• Sales support with technical pre-sales support
• Training of customers, partners and service teams
• Implementation of vehicle interoperability tests in cooperation with our customers
• Close cooperation with the departments: software development, hardware development, sales and marketing
• Travel in the Taiwan is an essential part of the job, sometime need support overseas business trip

Qualifications

• Degree as a state-certified technician or in an engineering degree program
• Electrician license (training available)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English would be an advantage
• Secure handling of MS-Office applications, build knowledge is an advantage
• Reliable personality who wants to help shape the success of the company
• Open and enthusiastic team player
• Sense of responsibility and independent organization of work processes
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 pounds(25kg)
• Fundamental understanding of NEC & IEC standards

Location: Taoyuan or Tainan of Taiwan
