Responsibilities

1.1 Technical support and advice to our customer base and business partners

1.2 On-site installation and testing of AC and DC charging stations

1.3 General on-site technical service (maintenance, upgrades, diagnostics and troubleshooting)

1.4 Sales support with technical pre-sales support

1.5 Training of customers, partners and service teams

1.6 Implementation of vehicle interoperability tests in cooperation with our customers

1.7 Close cooperation with the departments: software development, hardware development, sales and marketing

1.8 Travel in the Taiwan is an essential part of the job, sometime need support overseas business trip

2. Qualifications

2.1 Degree as a state-certified technician or in an engineering degree program

2.2 Work experience in an engineering environment is desirable

2.3 Electrician licence (training available)

2.4 Good knowledge of spoken and written English, other languages would be an advantage

2.5 Secure handling of MS-Office applications, build knowledge is an advantage

2.6 Reliable personality who wants to help shape the success of the company

2.7 Open and enthusiastic team player

2.8 Sense of responsibility and independent organization of work processes

2.9 Must be able to lift a minimum of 55 pounds(25kg)

2.10 Fundamental understanding of NEC & IEC standards

3. Work place

Taoyuan or Tainan of Taiwan

4.Languages:Fluent in Chinese
