Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Day To Day Responsibilities
  • Facility system planning, installation, commissioning, start up and monitoring.
  • Development and implementation project RFQ (Request for quotation), SOW (scope of work) Specification, Project schedule.
  • Review and implementation JSA with safety team and vendor.
  • Issue weekly/monthly report related to safety, schedule and quality for construction
  • Work with Contractor, project team, Safety team and construction leaders to address any installation issues.
  • Daily preventive maintenance, repair and trouble-shooting of public facilities.
  • System energy consumption analysis and energy saving plan promotion.
  • Fire management.
  • Budget formulation and cost control.
Education & Experience：
  • Bachelor’s degree and above in Facility Engineering, Construction Engineering, Dynamic Machinery and Engineering.
  • Working experience should be over 5 years in Facility engineering.
  • Work experience in plant construction project or expansion project.
  • Need 防火管理員證書.
