Executive Banking Associate – CBG

Interested in exploring a career in Consumer Banking? This specialized 12-month Executive Banking Associate journey will equip you with the requisite skills and knowledge to become a well-rounded banker. We are looking for someone who:

1) Holds a postgraduate degree with 3~5 years’ work experience

2) Knows he/she wants to specialize in Consumer Banking

3) Is targeting a career as Product Manager / Business Operational Manager or Treasures Relationship Manager within Consumer Banking Group

4) Comes from any disciplines within the fields of banking or finance

5) Is entrepreneurial, talented and shows high potential

6) Displays leadership qualities

7) Exemplifies the value of DBS PRIDE

8) Has all of IQ, EQ and Curiosity-Q

9) Is adept at communicating and influencing

10)Is a digital native with an international mindset

11)Has a good command of English
