【Title】儀器校驗工程師 Equipment Engineer

【Work Location】桃園市平鎮區

【JD】

• Calibration: Utilize your technical expertise to calibrate, adjust, and perform basic maintenance on various electronic instruments to ensure their accuracy and functionality.
• Team Contribution: Collaborate with the team to achieve the objectives and tasks of the service center.
• On-Site Support: While most of the work will be conducted at the company, occasional visits to customer locations may be required to assist in servicing, explain requirements to customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Technical Expertise: Apply your technical skills to handle service support tasks based on clear goals.
• Resource Management: Effectively manage time and company resources, make careful decisions, and optimize productivity by maximizing the utilization of existing assets and efficiently multitasking. Compliance with ESD protocols and connector maintenance guidelines is critical.
• Customer Satisfaction: Foster satisfaction among internal and external customers through effective communication, innovation, and direct application of your technical skills. Your ability to understand and meet customer needs will contribute to overall customer satisfaction improvement.
