We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team in Xinzhuang, Taipei. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students aged 7-15. The class schedule would be:Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:30-20:00Tuesday from 13:00-20:00Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans based on curriculum guidelines and student learning needs.
• Conduct engaging and interactive English language classes for small groups of 8-15 students.
• Grade homework assignments and provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
• Collaborate with co-teachers to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students.
• Monitor and track student’s progress, providing support and guidance when needed.
• Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes active student participation and encourages language development.
• Incorporate technology and other teaching resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is highly desirable.
• Proven experience teaching English to young learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and deliver dynamic lessons.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching.
• Ability to work collaboratively with co-teachers and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
