General Information

Electrical engineers design, develop, and test electrical devices and equipment, including communications systems, power distribution ystem, switchgears HV &MV, and electrical systems for industrial and power utility. They also oversee the manufacture of these devices, systems, and equipment.

Your Responsibilities

• You will write reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies of digital solution for substation.
• You will prepare specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials.
• You will supervise or train project team members and sub-contractors for installation and system commissioning.
• You will estimate material, labor, or construction costs for budget preparation.
• You will maintain electrical equipment.
• You will work with a variety of technicians.
• You will perform a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment.
• You will ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements by preparing electrical systems specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.
• You will establish construction, manufacturing, or installation standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.
• You will ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.

Your Background

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering degree from an accredited school.
• Experience in using or a desire to learn the required software.
• Knowledge of applicable codes related to electronic engineering.
• Work with computer and controller to monitor status of high voltage electrical equipment GIS/Transformer/Harmonic filter/Capacitor bank.
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
