We’re looking for an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team and help us take our online retail business to the next level. As our e-commerce guru, you’ll be responsible for managing our website, processing orders, and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. • Upload new products to our website with a keen eye for detail, making sure that product information, images, and pricing are accurate and complete.
• Set up and manage bundle sets and promotions on Shopify to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Manage and optimize our Shopify and Amazon stores to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Monitor and track key e-commerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, like eDM and many more media to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our online stores.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in E-commerce field.
• Experience working with E-commerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento and Amazon is a big advantage.
• Intelligent, proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented and execution efficiency.
• Possess exceptional intellect and insight, enabling to quickly grasp and analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
• Have a creative mindset and can take initiative to drive projects forward.
• Highly analytical and competent to handle sophisticated spreadsheet.
• Understanding of business process management concepts and techniques.
