• Set the quarterly, yearly strategic marketing plans and initiatives
• Define the optimal marketing mix and media mix for the platform, manage the marketing budget and execute campaigns
• Work at the planning level by developing innovative ideas for growth including partnership and at the execution level by managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns
• Drive a consistent best-in-class experience in on-site marketing campaign to meet the business target
• Lead a partnership marketing (with banks side)
• Report a leadership group regularly on key business index and progress
• Collaborate with Cross-functional team to lead marketing activities
  

• 7+ years’ experience in online and/or consumer marketing, e-commerce, platform service or internet portal service
• Proven track record in online consumer marketing with a successful cases
• Consistently strives for strong performance with a high desire for achievement
• Strong an oral and written communication skill
• Analytical and quantitative skill (use data to develop and measure marketing initiatives)
• Strong understanding of consumer insights
• A start-up attitude with an entrepreneurship, work independently
• Team management skill
• Preferable top tier internet portal/SNS players experience
• Good at English
