Responsibilities

• Help your engineers grow their skills and experience.
• Author project plans for epics.
• Run agile project management processes.
• Foster technical decision making on the team, but make final decisions when necessary.
• Forming strong and trusted relationship with the Product Owner.
• Work across teams to define efficient solutions and strategies to create cohesive implementation across products.
• Actively working with development team members, architects and team leaders to identify, trial and implement process improvement ideas.
• Analyze user stories and design the system architecture.
• Review technical specification and system design to meet business requirements.
• Rapidly iterate and release product to react the change of business.
• Aware of security and data protection process.
• Actively acknowledge to the optimization of the service for performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in programming languages, such as Golang or Php.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role with current technical experience.
• Familiar with micro-services architecture and server side technologies.
• Experienced working with SQL and NoSQL databases. (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB, RedisDB, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and also as part of the team.
• Embrace Agile/Scrum.
