Data & Analytics Product Owner, Asia Pacific & Japan

Working with key stakeholders across the Asia Pacific and Japan Region, you will play an integral role in facilitating the creation of actionable commercial use-cases that create ‘data-driven’ decisions which generate maximum value for the organisation and our customers.

You Will Drive The Process From Ideation To Deployment, Partnering With Business And Technical Team Leaders To Understand The Country And Local Market Needs Enabling

• Identification of data and system integration requirements
• Definition & documentation requirements across multiple initiatives
• Prioritization of requirements
• Delivery of analytics
  

As a deep data and analytics specialist, your collaborative approach with stakeholders combined with your ability to communicate with influence, will ensure your success in this high profile role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operating as a trusted partner with key stakeholders to understand, shape and surface emerging demand in support of the business strategy
• Supporting in business and use cases definitions and development
• Providing advice relating to the ComPAS platform and is data domains (in-Market sales, ex-Factory sales and Customer Engagement)
• Understanding & leveraging global data solutions to benefit local markets
• Expediting change requests and issues within ComPAS to ensure tickets are progressed in a timely fashion
• Understanding market strategies and driving adoption of ComPAS
• Engaging with technology leads, data analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders to identify data and analytics needs
  

Required Experience And Skills

• Demonstrated track record in a stakeholder role within the BI or data domain
• Strong understanding of enterprise technologies, as well as next gen technologies
• Deep experience leading programs in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
• Proven ability to understand business processes strategy, able to translate these into detailed business requirements/questions that power analytics
• Strong analytical thinker and critical thinking skills
• Strong written, listening, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong collaboration and teamwork approach
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and organize/prioritize work efficiently and effectively
  

Minimum Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering
