Device Interface Solutions is a growing team within Teradyne’s Semiconductor Test Division focused on custom interface hardware, the advanced PCB Assembly that connects our customer’s DUTs (Device Under Test) with our ATE Testers.

The Field Applications team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, who will major focus on customer service and HW production support

Responsibilities

This customer service specialist will major focus on EU and KR customers

• Manage and responsible for customer order management
• o Work with DIS sales and Business development setup price and generate customer quotation and issue to customer , or upload quote to customer website
• o Follow up with customer place PO to DIS
• o Book sales order in system and follow up schedule
• o Generate order acknowledgment and issue to customers
• o Work with planner/logistic team and warehouse team to close Sales order on time.
• o Work with Finance team generate invoice according to inco term and issue invoice to customers
• o Support AR follow up with customer on the outstanding account receivable
• Notify customer shipping information and monitor shipments and logistic with customer to make sure on time delivery
• Work with finance team on the quarterly revenue recognition.
• Work with logistic team to allocate the freight charge
• Support project leads update project schedule and status in Cortex when needed
• Create Customer’s information in system , maintaining customer’s database when needed
• Perform Oracle receiving for Supplier’s Purchase Orders, submitting invoice for payment processing when needed
  

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Experience of customer order management of 5years
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance field
• Good command of English
• Has a good working attitude. can work under high pressure & deal with constant requirement changes.
