Customer Quality Engineer

• Defines and/or resolves customer problems with products and services.
• Assists and counsels customers regarding product and service problems and inquiries.
• Ensures proper handling and follow-up with customers.
• Documents problems and corrective procedures. Communicates customer suggestions for enhancements.
• Identifies problems related to production process and provides production reports to assist process improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Math or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of production & engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of industries; practical knowledge of process engineering.
• Advanced research and analytical skills with ability to synthesize both external and intra-company research material into concise, impacting, proposals for effective presentations to management. Works systematically with methodology.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Ability to work proactively and independently without frequent supervision, ability to identify and help solve problems
• Living in Kaohsiung area.
