This position has the role of EUV Coordinator with the responsibility for coordination for TRUMPF EUV laser systems installation and upgrade relevant tasks. As TRUMPF EUV team is closely working together with our customer for EUV lithography for our end customers, this job position assumes clear ownership on every single phase from preparation to handover of individual laser equipment system to our customer.

• Pre-Project Planning and site evaluation to ensure the site readiness.
• Support on facilitating and following up of installation relevant tasks, including resources, schedules, manpower, materials, tools and upgrade sequence preparation…etc. in close collaboration with administrators, planners and project managers.
• Ensure timely availability of the right procedures and recoveries to bring the machine on the best performance level.
• Identify, document and drive improvements in order to reduce installation/upgrade cycle time.
• Daily collect, compile, track and report for field service progress reporting and issues to ensure projects comply to the target time and budget plans.
• Attend periodic project meetings with customer and international install teams whilst keeping Management appraised of issues and/or conflicts for escalation. - Work safely and meet customers / TRUMPF safety regulations at all time.
• Required business travel to the field offices for supporting TRUMPF EUV Laser System installation. - Run upon shift model, based on 7-24 model.
  

Bachelor or master degree in Electronics, Laser Electro Optics or related fields.

Welcome both new college graduate and experienced talent.

• Prior experience in customer or coordinator service, with technical concentration preferred.
• Basic electronics, Laser Electro Optics or related background, and also electronics & controls knowledge with troubleshooting skills.
• Good mechanical proficiency with hand tools as well as precision measurement tools.
• Fluent in both spoken and written in English and Mandarin to interface internal and external customers. (TOEIC 600+)
• Excellent written, documentation, and verbal communication skills as well as good customer orientation.
• Ability to work independently and rarely need technical assistance in performance of daily responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility.
• High flexibility regarding work location and working time.
• Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint knowhow.
• TRUMPF product knowledge preferred.
