Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Responsibility
  • Own the TOD repair work.
  • Project management.
  • Coordinate your interface work.
  • Supervise vendor work.
  • Support to startup.
  • Writing SOW (scope of work), order sheet.
  • Create BTS (build to standard) document and installation SOP.
  • Ability to check installation quality.
  • Ability to do checkout work and function test.
  • Debug TOD software code (PLC, HMI, RTP iFix…etc.).
  • Be able to solve any kind of issue during construction and startup.
Required Education And Experience
  • BS in Electrical Engineering or above.
  • Have 3-5 years of electrical work experience.
  • Basic electrical/ control components concepts.
  • Has industrial PLC and HMI experience.
  • Has ability to read control and power schemes.
  • Good maintenance and trouble shooting skills.
