If you are ourCommunication Electrical Hardware Engineer, RFin Taiwan, you will have a chance to

• Be responsible to integrate the numerous Communication technologies (i.e., mobile 3G/4G/5GNR/GPS and BT/ NFC/WLAN/LAN/Antenna) into HP products
• Manage the Platform ODMs execution of communications deliverables, test results, and ensure that any identified issues are properly tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
• In charge of that HP products’ Communication function and feature meet HP product required quality
• Develop RF specifications, supporting documentation, and test plans for each new HP products & components.
• Support the Agency team to ensure all program regulatory deliverables are identified and met.
• Provide technical and process guidance to internal and external teams. Create metrics to help track progress and facilitate predictable execution. Look for ways to refine these processes to achieve continuous improvements and reduced costs.
  
  

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• Technology skills:
  
  • Strong RF background, both in theory and implementation. Be familiar to the technologies of WWAN (LTE/5GNR/GPS) and WLAN, BT, Tile, NFC integration
  • Good knowledge of PCB layout rules and criteria for good RF design and good de-sense
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting capability ( which include de-sense for RF interference, antenna, radio mdoule ) with working knowledge of oscilloscopes, mobile radio call box testing, network analyzers, LNA, Spectrum analyzer
  • Experienced With Cell phone and radio module design, such as RF COB design (RF chip on board), key RF performance measurements, merits.
  • Be familiar with OTA / CTIA test methodology. (Engineering aspect)
  • Experienced with 3GPP, PTCRB, GCF, FCC, CE certifications.

• Project management skills:
  
  • Experience leading and working with cross-functional teams as well as practical experience in all phases of the product development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating the work of others to meet schedule and quality requirements.
  • Proven experience working with matrix engineering teams as well as external suppliers and ODMs
  • Ability to work with multi-tasks and provide clear and concise information to teams.
  • With PM skillset to manage the Platform ODMs execution of communications deliverables, test results. And to ensure that any identified issues are properly tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Strong negotiation skills and collaboration ability with internal and external (ODM and supplier) contacts.
  • Excellent team leadership and tactical execution skills.
