工作職責:

• 人員管理-計劃團隊日常或短期任務重點。管理員工及設置個人目標。培訓員工,支持個人發展,就員工招聘、績效考核和表揚獎勵等方面提出主要意見;管理所轄的某些店鋪營運區域(庫存、產品部門和銷售服務等)的所有日常活動,包括銷售和服務、選擇和培養員工、產品、時間和營運管理
• 執行和維護產品陳列和銷售區標準
• 溝通促銷活動信息,確保每次促銷活動的結果最大化
• 根據銷售和顧客反饋,識別商品問題和機會
• 在指定區域內監督、培訓和培養員工
• 協助店鋪經理提供優質的消費者體驗和員工體驗並且實施 /執行全球和區域計劃,推動經營成果發展

• 業績目標分配與績效達成
• 業績與管理報表撰寫
• 客戶情報蒐集
• 客訴案件處理
• 櫃檯門市接待與需求服務
• 產品進銷存統計分析
• 產品介紹及解說銷售
  
  

任職資格:

• 具有相關零售經驗 3~6年 , 且2~4年的管理職經驗, 管理人數在5人以上
• 能配合公司的輪調
• 具備良好的英語溝通能力
• 具備良好的數字分析能力 , 與團隊溝通能力 , 及抗壓性
