작업 내용
The channel sales manager is responsible for successful business results in Sangean branded products. The position primarily focusses on channel management as well new channel development and is expected to build, develop and sustain positive relationship with partners. This position will also need to lead Sangean branded product operation and management, with the responsibility from product concept planning, realization, promotion to life-cycle management.
Responsibility
- Formulate short- to mid-term business strategy to expand sales footprint and meet sales goals.
- Identify, recruit and develop new channel partners within assigned territories.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue; evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Work with marketing team to craft new product proposals, including market trends discovery, competitive products analysis, feature sets planning and pricing strategies, enabling new product development kick-off.
- Integrate activities across different teams and work with partners to ensure successful new product launches.
- Manage and review the life cycle of existing products, and ensure a smooth product transition from generation to generation.
Others
- Bachelor degree or above
- 8+ year sales experience in channel business
- Great in interpersonal skill and communication skills
- Fluent speaking in English as well as Mandarin
- Able to travel frequently
