Job Purpose
- To manage and direct unit sales and marketing operations of general medicines business unit to meet the turnover and operating profit goals specified by company’s strategic business plans.
- Develop and review long term commercial direction for the division, regarding portfolio analysis and the changing environment, and identify opportunities to maximize sales, contribution and market share of core products in the division.
- Initiate and conduct market development plan and strategies to prepare the market for NPI introductions in coordination to ensure that such designated NPIs are introduced speedily, efficiently and vigorously by coordinating with relevant other departments.
- Develop, implement and control annual sales and marketing plan to achieve agreed business objectives and strategies in consultation with GM and other Supporting functions.
- Develop, implement and lead commercial operations strategy, including accelerating Omnichannel execution in Taiwan, that fits the needs of our customers and patients
- Manage and control expenditure to ensure the achievement of predetermined profit as per the agreed business plan.
- Identify and gather market information through market research and market analysis to support the existing business and new product development plans.
- Establish and maintain customer relations, networks and customer services especially relating to key opinion leaders in order to achieve customer satisfaction and add value to customers.
- Lead the departmental team and develop skills and abilities of team members with ongoing coaching.
- Implement all corporate SOPs and safety/security policies/crisis management and product recall procedure including other general SOPs as required to maintain good corporate practice, company reputation and safeguard all company assets.
- Lead the oversight of risk management for commercial practices, including HCO sponsorships, HCP engagements, sampling, patient programs, and disease awareness campaigns
- Network with all other company managers and externally, to build a transparent and consistent working environment within the company.
- Manage healthcare environment changes to maximize opportunities of brands.
- Align with above country regional and global teams on vision and strategy.
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of experience in multi-channel marketing, commercial effectiveness and/or business intelligence
- Experience managing diverse cultures
- Experience leading others
- Digital marketing and analytics experience
