As a Business Operations Coordinator, you’ll take the lead role supporting our Director of Operations as we embark on a new stage of business growth. Highly analytical and data-driven, comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards, and the instincts to gather the right data to drive decisions. Proven track record of owning & executing on large cross functional initiatives, projects or products and delivering results. Tech-minded: natural ability to identify, configure, implement and utilize the latest software solutions in order to deliver increased streamlining and efficiency and drive process optimization. Role Serve as liaison between Director of Operations, senior management, and other key stakeholders to lead high visibility cross-functional projects to solve Operations’ most unique and challenging problems. Research, gather and publish relevant data, reports, and studies, before presenting to management and other key stakeholders to facilitate informed strategic decision making. Identify, develop, and lead implementation on strategic initiatives with tangible cross-functional impact across multiple teams and departments. Identify operational challenges and opportunities for improved efficiency or synergy across the organization and design & implement effective solutions. Research and identify latest tools and software solutions in relation to business and operational needs, configure solutions and execute system & software migrations leading to improved efficiency and streamlining. Provide strategic advice and recommendations to leadership teams in the development, implementation, and evaluation of new or modified operating policies, practices, or procedures, within specified functional areas of focus. Create, execute, and distribute timely and accurate reports to support current and emerging business needs. Support HR in all cross functional initiatives and programs including company culture & employee experience planning, designing and optimizing training & development programs, oversee performance management initiatives, compensation & benefits analysis, and other ad-hoc activities as needed. Requirements Live in Taipei area - or willing to relocate Bachelors degrees (must have) MBA or Masters Degree in relevant field (nice to have) 3+ years relevant working experience (must have) Fluent English with exceptional reading & writing proficiency (must have) Reporting and Microsoft excel skills including (create pivot reports, v-lookups, charts/graphs) Experience creating effective training & onboarding materials for new initiatives, processes, policies & procedures Project & program management skills Strong leadership, communication & presentation skills Stakeholder management
