Job Description

• Based on the guidance of the company’s operations and policies, be responsible for 3/4PL business development, and lead the team to manage and maintain existing customer contracts and communicate with current services, so as to obtain customer satisfaction
• Formulate business development goals and implement the goals to achieve the company’s operating objectives and policies
• Coordinating and communicating the operational issues of existing customers
• Manage the team, assist and guide the performance of the original factory commissioner, work, set goals and track the achievement of performance
• Contract management for existing customers, including contract extension/new business expansion needs, etc.

Qualifications

• 3PL / 4PL Operations Management
• Good Financial Concepts, Good Logic, Well-Organized
